Payment’s term and condition

We exclusively accept payments via ACH or wire transfer and do not process transactions through debit or credit cards. Upon placing an order, customers will receive an invoice with ACH payment instructions. After completing the payment, we kindly request a screenshot of the transaction for verification. Please note that we do not accept payments through PayPal or local banks; all payments must be made in USD. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Amazon accepts our invoices 

Although Amazon accepts our invoices, and many Amazon sellers purchase products from our distribution, we regret to inform you that we do not provide ungating services for Amazon sellers. This decision is based on past issues arising from the misuse of our invoices. As a precaution, we strongly advise customers to choose ungated products.

Additionally, please note that we cannot provide a pro forma invoice before order placement and payment. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

While Amazon’s acceptance of our invoices depends on various factors, such as the seller’s account health and performance, we do not facilitate ungating services through our invoices.

Product expiry date.

We are happy to provide product expiry dates upon request. Our products are sourced directly from the brand, guaranteeing both freshness and quality.

Inventory list in an excel or CSV format.

Once a customer’s wholesale account is approved, we provide an Excel sheet containing detailed product information. This product sheet is updated weekly to reflect current prices, enabling customers to view available products and their respective pricing.

Minimum Order Quantity.

We maintain Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) for our products, which vary by item. These MOQs are consistently displayed on each product’s details page on our website and are clearly indicated in our product sheet for easy reference. Please note that we do not accept orders for testing units; all orders must meet the specified MOQ for each product. Thank you for your understanding and compliance with our ordering policies.

Discount coupon

We offer a discount coupon for first-time orders upon request, which can be applied during the ordering process. Additionally, we provide competitive pricing for bulk inventory purchases, tailored to the specific product selection. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

 Return policy

We strictly adhere to our return policy, permitting returns only for items that are damaged or incorrect upon receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if a product remains ungated on Amazon despite the invoices provided, nor can we accept returns if your selling platform removes the product listing. Thank you for your understanding.

Dispose Policy.

We have a disposal policy for orders delivered within the lead time that remain unclaimed for over one month. If a customer does not provide a shipping address within this period, we will proceed with disposal of the inventory. Please note that the company assumes no responsibility in such cases.

Order Cancellation.

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time of payment. Additionally, cancellations are not permitted if Amazon does not accept the invoices for ungating purposes.

Free shipping.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders totaling over $2,500. During checkout, eligible customers can select the free shipping option for their convenience.

Shipping services.

We offer shipping services through USPS and UPS couriers. Once your order is dispatched, we will promptly provide you with a tracking number via email for your convenience.

Prep services 

We offer tailored prep services to meet our customers’ needs. Upon request, we prepare shipments directly to Amazon warehouses, ensuring each product is appropriately labeled. Each item is affixed with an FNSKU label, and we use packaging that complies with Amazon’s specifications. Our standard prep charge is $0.60 per unit, with additional charges discussed based on specific product requirements. Customers are encouraged to specify their prep service requests in the order notes during checkout. Additionally, if customers choose delivery to an Amazon warehouse, we will waive the shipping charges accordingly.

 Lead time.

Our standard lead time for each product is 8 working days. However, please note that in cases of high product demand, the lead time may extend to two weeks.
